Seaborne Park is a modern multi-tenant industrial facility conveniently located in Port Coquitlam’s mixed-use Dominion Triangle neighbourhood. The light elements express the continuity of the buildings while the dark elements highlight the individual units. Along Seaborne Avenue, the curved frontage provides an opportunity for a unique break from the rectilinear form with a dramatic canted wall that matches the contours of the street.
